Marsha C. Kavanagh, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculoplastic surgeon practicing at Eyesight Ophthalmic Services in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Her practice encompasses cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, eyebrows, and midface, as well as the management of lacrimal disorders, thyroid eye disease, eyelid and orbital tumors, and periocular trauma.

Dr. Kavanagh received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed her internship at Cambridge Hospital, followed by ophthalmology residency at the University of California, San Francisco. She subsequently completed fellowship training in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at Ophthalmic Surgeons & Consultants of Ohio in 2008.

Dr. Kavanagh has contributed to the ophthalmic literature, with publications addressing areas including eyelid ptosis surgery, frontalis suspension, and lacrimal surgery. She has also contributed to ophthalmic textbook chapters and has been involved in surgical education throughout her career.
