Allan E. Wulc, MD, FACS is a board-certified ophthalmologist and oculoplastic and facial plastic surgeon based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. He is the founder of W Cosmetic Surgery, where his practice focuses on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, midface, and face, including primary and revision eyelid surgery, brow and midface lifting, and facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Wulc graduated summa cum laude from Amherst College and received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Pennsylvania and subsequently pursued fellowship training in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Arizona and Moorfields Eye Hospital in London.

A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Wulc has been involved in oculoplastic and facial plastic surgery education for decades. He has authored numerous publications and book chapters and has co-edited several major surgical texts, including Aesthetic Rejuvenation of the Midface and Advances in Cosmetic Surgery. His academic and surgical interests include revision eyelid surgery, facial rejuvenation, midface surgery, and the preservation of natural facial anatomy and expression.
