David E. Holck, MD, FACS is a board-certified ophthalmologist and oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon based in San Antonio, Texas. He is the Program Director of the EyePlasTX Oculofacial Plastic Surgery Fellowship and practices at EyePlasTX, where his clinical interests include aesthetic and reconstructive eyelid and facial surgery, orbital and lacrimal surgery, facial trauma, and ocular oncology.

Dr. Holck received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed ophthalmology residency training at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Cooper University Hospital. He subsequently pursued fellowship training in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Holck served for 25 years in the U.S. military and was formerly Director of Oculofacial Plastics and Ocular Oncology at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio. He has authored more than 100 research papers, review articles, and textbook chapters and has lectured and taught nationally and internationally on facial trauma repair, eyelid surgery, brow and midface rejuvenation, and aesthetic facial surgery. He has also participated in humanitarian surgical missions in Africa, India, and Central and South America.
